Hello people! I know its been a very long time, probably a
year after I updated my blog last august 2014 & now im back! As usual, I got one’s hands full with
assignment, presentations, lab works, commitments, dramas, shits, and
stuffs since my enrollment in dental school, Universiti Sains Malaysia. My life
is so hectic & my daily schedule is so packed but Alhamdulillah, I managed
to finish my first year after so many obstacles that came through the way. So
today, I would like to tell all of you about my ((tough)) life in dental school
USM bcs I don’t know I just feel like writing about this today since there are
a lot of people who keep asking me the same question;
“Susah tak nak jadi dentist ?”
“Susah tak belajar dentistry ?”
“Mesti senangkan daripada medic ?”
Well I have to agree that dentistry is slightly easier
(SLIGHTLY JE OK SLIGHTLY JE) than medicine but you have to bear in mind that
there is nothing easy in this world. You cannot expect us, a dental student, to
just merely recite ABC and get a degree ? Ok tetiba emo lol.
Apa-apa pun life in dentistry ni is quite fun although
sometimes tough nak mati but hey, if you have passion in what you do then
nothing will stop you from doing it yedok ? You’re the one who chooses to be in
this field & you cannot blame anyone if you cant make it. Stay positive,
that’s the only way. Buatlah apapun, always remember that anything yang buat
kita feel down sampai rasa nak gila tu can actually be a motivation to bring us
to the top. OK lari topik.
So I registered myself as a dental student on the 1st
September 2014 in USM Kampus Kesihatan, Kubang Kerian, Kelantan. I repeat,
KELANTAN. Ok saja nak repeat lol. Since ramai sangat yang wonder ada ke usm kat
Kelantan, yeaps memang ada. USM bukan kat penang sahaja wahai rakan-rakan
sekalian :-)
As usual, masa memula masuk tu mesti rasa cam insecure sikit
because all of my
batchmates are straight As students, budak bursary, budak
4flat & ramai yang come from sekolah berasrama penuh (SBP) but I don’t
really give a shit hang datang dari
Pluto sekalipun, in university, we’re all the same :-) :-) :-) anyway it all
depends on our effort. For those who wonder what is budak bursary, diorg ni
macam budak yang scored 9a+ and above waktu spm dulu. Kat uni ni, bebudak
bursary memang ramai. Kanan kiri depan belakang semua ada. Insecure habis. BUT!
Theres nothing to compete when you’re in uni. I mean, you all dah dapat what
you’ve been fighting for since tadika lagi so whats the point hang gigih nak
lawan depa habis-habisan (unless you hate that person & you wanna see them
losing hahaha ok jangan dengaq nasihat aku). Gigih nak pass exam & graduate
on time tu its really good to be frank but gigih nak lawan siapa lagi bagus tu
I don’t think its healthy.
So waktu first belajaq in dental school tu especially
subject oral biology memang rasa seksa nak hadam each chapter by chapter tu
hanya Allah yang tau. I still remember waktu first dapat assignment pasal the spread of caries kat dentinoenamel
junction and everybody around looked like they’ve learnt this thing since the
day they were born and theres me, feeling like shit and had no idea to answer
the question. Maybe sebab benda baru kot I mean my passion was actually in
medicine but I ended up in dentistry so cam ada kejutan budaya sikit kat situ.
Whatever it is, I know Allah has planned everything for me and you know,
sometime the wrong choices will lead us to the right path. Again, stay
positive. That’s the only way

Memula dapat tu cam excited sikit like wow besi apa jadah ni & the skull, i named her Elizabeth & i kept her under my bed (yeaps I'm serious) & of course siapa tak excited dapat skull i mean that thing is so cool & you can do whatever voodoo with it
